  2. Design and Implementation of a Comprehensive Plan. The Niece Team will custom build a plan that is molded specifically for you. We know that no two homes are exactly alike. We will create a plan both allowing us to successfully market your home, as well as reach your specific goals. As with all successful campaigns, we will follow the plan throughout implementation and modify it immediately to react to changing market conditions. Bi-weekly updates will allow you to follow and understand the process, as well as ask questions.

  3. Home Preparation. We will give you our ideas, as well as a video from nationally recognized leaders in the real estate industry to help you with the preparation and show of your home. This helps your home sell for the best price in the least amount of time.

  4. ReMax Results Sign. A distinctly recognizable ReMax Results "For Sale" sign will be placed on your property, subject to local ordinances. This sign will direct all phone inquiries to the Team, for proper buyer qualification. A 24 hour hotline rider is also placed on the sign with a voice guided home tour providing information on your home. A brochure box is attached to hold flyers for interested parties to take.

  5. Multiple Listing Service. The Niece Team will submit all information necessary to succesfully market your home. This will include multiple color photos, as well as addtiional supplements describing your home in detail wo that prospective buyers can visualize themselves enjoying the home. We review the information with you to ensure accuracy and keep you informed.

  6. "Just Listed" Notices. Targeted, full-color mailing to potential buyers and neighborhoods will help guarantee potential buyers are alerted that your property is available.

  7. Pre-Qualify Buyers. In addition to the Niece Team's database of pre-qualified buyers, we will search out buyers from other agencies. We believe all pre-qualified buyers should have a chance to buy your home. We do not limit exporsure to only ReMax Results buyers. We invite our competition ot join us, for a faster, more enjoyable and successful transaction.

  8. Property Brochures. A detailed description of your property, including color photos, will be prepared for display in your home and distributed to prospective local and out of town buyers.

  9. Telemarketing. An intensive telemarketing program will be launched to notify potential buyers int he area that your home is for sale. This campaign will be coordinated with the "Just Listed" cards, mailed one week prior to the phone calls, or in conjunction with "open house" invites prior to an open house.

  10. Local Advertising. We will personally review with you local advertising designed to attract prospects to view your home. Some of the different advertising we use is picture classifieds, line ads in star tribune or local papers, Harmon Homes, etc.

  11. Weekly Activity Reports. Through weekly reports and bi-weekly phone contact, the Niece Team and their staff will make available information on market contitions and all buyer activity for your property.

  12. Open Houses. We will conduct open houses to try and produce a qualified buyer. We will do everyting possible to plan them with the least inconvenience and hassle to you.
